KC Chiefs’ Mecole Hardman crashed Nick Bolton’s postgame TV interview. Hilarity ensued
Linebacker Nick Bolton has had an impactful rookie season with the Chiefs, and his biggest play of all came in the fourth quarter of the final regular-season game.
With the Broncos threatening to score a touchdown in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game, Bolton turned things around with an 86-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown. That play helped the Chiefs turn a one-point deficit into a seven-point lead, and they won 28-24 in Denver.
Bolton, the former Mizzou star, tied for a team-high six tackles against the Broncos. After the game, he was interviewed by ESPN’s Steve Levy and Suzy Kolber on the field.
Kolber asked how Saturday’s tough victory might prepare the Chiefs for the postseason when receiver Mecole Hardman interrupted.
“You’re really slow though,” Hardman joked. “I don’t understand: you almost pulled a hamstring. I’m just trying to figure it out, bro.”
This was a funny moment:
