Chiefs’ Travis Kelce grabs proton pack, joins Paul Rudd for ‘Ghostbusters’ commercial

Who ya’ gonna call?

Well, in a commercial for his new movie, “Ghostbusters: Afterlife,” actor Paul Rudd called Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

And Kelce was ready to go with a proton pack strapped to his back. That’s the fictional blaster the Ghostsbusters used in the original movie and the iterations that followed.

How did Kelce get the proton pack? As the commercial explains, he traded a signed football with Rudd, the Chiefs fan/Shawnee Mission West grad/”Big Slick” co-host.

Kelce blew up a picnic table and scared his neighbor in the commercial. And there appeared to be mini Stay Puft Marshmallow men at the end. This is fun:

The commercial aired during the “Monday Night Football” game between the 49ers and Rams.
