Chiefs-Chargers game will be seen by the vast majority of the nation
CBS Sports will air two NFL games in Sunday’s late afternoon slot: Chiefs-Chargers and Ravens-Texans.
The latter is between two teams that made the playoffs a year ago.
Nevertheless, CBS is sending its top crew to SoFi Stadium to call the Chiefs game, which kicks off at 3:25 p.m. It’ll be Jim Nantz and Tony Romo in the booth with Tracy Wolfson reporting. Nearly the entire nation will see the game.
The Texans-Ravens game, which will have Kevin Harlan and Trent Green in the booth with reporter Melanie Collins, will be seen primarily in Maryland and Texas, along with a smattering of other states.
