Watch Chiefs’ Patrick Mahomes work on a new behind-the-back pass at training
Maybe someone needs to come up with a Patrick Mahomes passes bingo card.
We’ve seen the Chiefs quarterback complete bombs, screen passes, left-handed throws and no-look passes.
At training camp last year, Mahomes completed a behind-the-back pass off a bootleg. That never was tried in a game.
But Mahomes is working* on a no-look pass again while training ahead of the 2020 NFL season. Photographer Preston Smith shared a video of Mahomes in an Instagram story.
*Maybe it’s better to say he’s refining the throw
