The arrival of the “murder hornet” in the United States led to the insect’s name being widely shared Saturday on Twitter.
By Saturday night, another insect was trending: wasp.
Of course, this one had less to do with the nature and everything to do with Fox airing a replay of Super Bowl LIV. The Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers 31-20 despite trailing by 10 midway through the fourth quarter.

That included actor/Kansas City, Kansas native Eric Stonestreet, former Missouri secretary of state Jason Kander, “Good Morning Football” co-host Peter Schrager and even a few forlorn 49ers fans.
