Baylor used puppets to introduce its 2020 football commitments

College signing days are always a time for excitement as fans dream about how players might impact a program.

There’s usually a dash of oddity, too.

Players sometimes use the opportunity to do something unusual, such as the Kansas football signee who trolled K-State and Texas Tech when choosing the Jayhawks.

For Wednesday’s college football early signing day, a Big 12 football program decided to do things a little different. Well, a lot different.

Baylor football used puppets to introduce its football commitments on Twitter.

The tweets included a clip of the player talking and a video of puppet either lifting weights, in a news conference or doing a photo shoot. Often the puppets appeared to be walking in slow motion.
