Danny Duffy dominates as Royals cruise to 9-1 victory over Chicago White Sox

Danny Duffy waited 762 days to return to U.S. Cellular Field, where in 2012 he tore the ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow, which led to Tommy John surgery that sidelined him for rest of that season and the next. On Saturday, Duffy subdued the Chicago White Sox for seven scoreless innings and matched a career-best with nine strikeouts as the Royals won 9-1 for their sixth consecutive victory.
