Winning the American League Central is the first goal the Royals want to accomplish this season, and they can bolster their chances of doing so this week because they’ll be playing divisional rivals.

The Minnesota Twins will be making their first trip of the year to Kauffman Stadium, opening a four-game set on Monday. The Royals will then travel to Cleveland for a three-game series against the Guardians.

Cleveland won the Central title a year ago and took two of three games from the Royals at Kauffman Stadium to start the season.
