Take us out to the ball game: What are the best ways to watch the Royals at The K?
The Kansas City Royals will take a swing at capturing their third World Series during the 2025 season, and The Star is looking for fans to share how they make a day at Kauffman Stadium one to remember.
With opening day set for 3:10 p.m. Thursday, March 27, against AL Central division rival Cleveland Guardians, the boys in blue are ready to make another run at the playoffs and hopefully make it to their first World Series in 10 years.
We want to know what your game day experience is like and how you prepare for one of the Royals’ 81 home games. Do you go all out by arriving to the stadium parking lot hours in advance and tailgate or do you show up at the last minute and buy the cheapest ticket available?
Where are your favorite places to sit inside the stadium? If you’re one of those fans who buy a ticket just to get inside and don’t sit in the crowd, where do you like to stand and watch the game? Are you an outfield experience expert or are you hanging out in the Craft & Draft or Rivals Sports Bars sections?
Tell us your ideal day at The K and what the stadium does that keeps you coming back, from the best deals and themed nights to enjoying a night with family, friends and thousands of other Royals fans watching superstar Bobby Witt Jr.
Fill out the form below and share with The Star your tips and tricks to making Royals games a part of your routine.
And if you’re headed to a game this season, shoot me an email at jhernandez@kcstar.com. We just might be there at the same time.
