Fresh off the Big Slick charity softball game, the Chiefs are returning to Kauffman Stadium.

The Royals announced a “Chiefs Night” to celebrate the Super Bowl LVII champions for their game against the Cincinnati Reds at 7:10 p.m. Monday. The first 20,000 fans will receive a rally towel with Chiefs and Royals designs on both sides.

The towel reads “Greetings from Kansas City: home of the world’s greatest fans” with the Chiefs and Royals’ logos on one side and the wordmark logo for each team on the other side. The towel is also half-red and half-blue on both sides to honor each team.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, Royals part-owner and Super Bowl LVII MVP Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce and more Chiefs players will make appearances at the game. KC Wolf and Chiefs cheerleaders are also expected to appear.

The Royals also announced that Kelce will throw out the first pitch. It’ll be a chance at redemption for the tight end, as his first pitch for the Cleveland Guardians on Apr. 7 just missed the mark.

HOW TO GET TICKETS

Tickets are available through the Royals’ official website or the MLB Ballpark app. You can find the schedule for the regular season at mlb.com/royals/schedule. Games highlighted in blue are home games.

The game is also part of the Royals’ Price Chop Mondays promotion, where select tickets are only $10.

Kauffman Stadium no longer accepts or offers physical tickets to reduce the risk of ticket fraud. If you want a physical ticket as a souvenir, the team gives you the option to buy one after the game at mlb.com/royals/tickets/souvenirs or on the Ballpark app.
