These 40+ artists with Kansas City connections will perform at FIFA Fan Fest
The FIFA Fan Fest will allow World Cup visitors to enjoy some of the most popular acts of the 2000s and 2010s, while also introducing them to some of the rising talent in Kansas City.
Alongside the headlining acts that will lead Fan Fest, which includes Flo Rida, The Chainsmokers, The All American Rejects and more, over 40 artists and DJs with Kansas City ties will partake in performances.
FIFA did not specify which local acts will perform on what days, though they’ll likely perform prior to the headlining acts. Here’s a list of artists with Kansas City ties who will perform at Fan Fest during the World Cup:

Rapper Tech N9ne, a Kansas City native, will be a headliner for the June 12 and July 11 festivals. Prior to the World Cup, he’ll have a show with West Coast veteran E-40 May 24 at the Midland Theatre.

DJ Ne$ is the official DJ for the Kansas City Current, while DJ Dawna is the DJ for Sporting Kansas City. DJ Gio has performed at multiple Kansas City venues, including Parlor, The Monarch Bar, Aura and more.
FIFA confirmed to The Star that they are working with a “large number of Kansas City artists,” and that they are solidifying details on a few acts.
