About Arkansas (16-10, 4-9 SEC): The Razorbacks are on a five game losing streak. After flirting with the NCAA Tournament bubble, those chances have slipped away. Look out for Hogs leading scorer Mason Jones, who scored 17 points against the Tigers in their first meeting of the season. Arkansas might also have Isaiah Joe back, their second leading scorer. KenPom ranks them No. 48.

About Missouri (13-13, 5-8 SEC): The Tigers are trending up with little signs of slowing down. Guard Xavier Pinson has been a game-changer, coming off a career-high 32 point performance against Mississippi. While Mizzou started SEC play slow, MU coach Cuonzo Martin’s Tigers are playing with urgency as the season winds down. The Tigers have won three of their last four games, which includes an 83-79 overtime win over the Hogs. Martin said forward Jeremiah Tilmon might be available against the Hogs on Saturday. KenPom has them No. 104.

Prediction: With two teams headed in opposite directions, it’d be easy to predict a Tigers win. But with the season winding down, the Hogs will be desperate to earn some wins after a great nonconference season. And for some reason, Mizzou and Arkansas are destined to split the season series. But we’ll say the Tigers win a close one to keep their recent hot streak alive.

Missouri 65, Arkansas 64
