Where Cobee Bryant and other Kansas Jayhawks landed after 2025 NFL Draft

The Kansas Jayhawks football program had two players selected in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Running back Devin Neal was picked in the sixth round by the New Orleans Saints and offensive lineman Bryce Cabeldue was selected in the sixth round by the Seattle Seahawks.

Since 2018, eight KU players have been drafted. And with two draft picks for the second straight season, the Jayhawks have now had multiple picks in back-to-back drafts for the first time since 1996-97.

Several Kansas players also earned an opportunity to make an NFL roster after going undrafted.

It was a little unexpected that no teams spent a pick on star cornerbacks Cobee Bryant and Mello Dotson.

Bryant posted the following on his Instagram about going undrafted: “Crazy if you think 26 corners better than me, wild bro n Ik I worked my ass off.”

Both will continue to chase their NFL dreams. Bryant signed a free-agent contract with the Atlanta Falcons, while Dotson signed one with the Oakland Raiders.

Here’s a look at all the Jayhawks who are headed to the NFL:
