Here are the details for the Kansas men’s basketball team’s 34th annual 2018 Late Night in the Phog at Allen Fieldhouse in Lawrence:

Date: Friday, Sept. 28

Time: 6:30 p.m.

TV: Jayhawk Network (ESPN+ streaming, KMCI [Channel 38] in KC area, or Cox Cable elsewhere in Kansas)

Doors open: 4:30 p.m. for students, 5 p.m. for general public

Admission: Free, though fans are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to KU’s partner Just Food.

Parking: All campus parking, outside of the parking garage adjacent to Allen Fieldhouse, will be free after 5 p.m. Lot 90, which is to the southeast of Allen Fieldhouse, will have free public parking available at noon. In addition, fans wanting to park in the Allen Fieldhouse garage after 5 p.m. can do so for $5.

Entertainment: Rapper 2 Chainz

Security: KU Athletics will have metal detectors at each entrance and also will be implementing its clear bag policy.

Brennan Bechard, director of KU basketball operations, made a half-court shot Saturday during Late Night in the Phog, that won a fan $10,000. The fan is Jordan Stiers, a KU sophomore from Independence, Mo.
