• ABOUT TCU (9-15, 0-12):

The Horned Frogs have become bottom-feeders in the Big 12. They have lost all 12 of their conference games after a promising 9-3 start. Many of their defeats have come by wide margins. … They are also allowing huge stat lines to opposing players. Iowa State’s Melvin Ejim scored 48 points against TCU, while Perry Ellis dropped 32 points on TCU when the Horned Frogs visited Kansas. … Anderson has played well, averaging 16.6 points, but TCU has a long way to go before it wins its first league game.

• ABOUT KANSAS STATE (17-8, 7-5):

The Wildcats have been unbeatable at home since the start of conference play. They hope they can continue playing well when TCU visits Bramlage Coliseum. K-State stomped TCU on the road last month, and will be expected to do the same at home. … K-State has received big production from its bench in recent games, with D.J. Johnson and Omari Lawrence playing well. Expect Williams to start his second straight game while Southwell rests his injured left ankle.

Kansas State is unbeaten against Big 12 opponents at Bramlage Coliseum. It will be a surprise if TCU makes this one close.
