Abortion pill is ‘baby poison’ minus the propaganda. RFK Jr. must call for removal | Opinion
Help, RFK Jr.
On Feb. 28, U.S. Rep. Chris Smith of New Jersey spoke at the National Catholic Prayer Breakfast and delivered a powerful description of the abortion pill that cuts through all the deceptive propaganda often used by liberals to hide evil. Thank you, Congressman Smith, for shining the light on what this medication actually is.
The word “abortion” has lost its shock value over the years, thanks to the biased liberal reporting by the mainstream media. Abortion is the murder of the unborn, but for many, abortion is just an ideology of sorts that they are indifferent to.
But Congressman Smith accurately described what the abortion pill really is in a way that should provoke a response from even the indifferent. He called it “baby poison.”
Just meditate upon this description, as it should uncover all the lies and deceptions of those in favor of abortion rights, who call it “choice” or “reproductive health.” The mainstream media is complicit in the murder of millions of unborn babies because of their biased reporting on the matter.
We pro-lifers hope Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. will find the abortion pill — aka “baby poison” — harmful to women and deadly to babies, thus removing it altogether.

Eye strain
Yikes! Whose idea was it to put the glaucoma eye test on the Big 12 tournament basketball court at the T-Mobile Center? (Feb. 28, KansasCity.com, “Big 12 unveils new court design for basketball tournaments at T-Mobile Center”)
It hurt my eyes, and I could not stand to watch it.

Moran’s words
An open letter to Sen. Jerry Moran:
The time has come to stand by your words and speak up to your congressional colleagues. The authority of Congress is at stake, not to mention our country’s trustworthiness.
These are your own words from Feb. 24, 2025:
“Standing with Ukraine: Three years after Vladimir Putin ordered Russia’s unjustified invasion of Ukraine, the war’s death and destruction continues to destabilize the wider world. Putin must be isolated, and Ukraine must be supported by the U.S. and its allies until a just and lasting peace is won.”
Sen. Moran, do the right thing.

Whole truth
I, along with my partner Erin Vernon, have had the privilege of representing Chris Hernandez in his whistleblower lawsuit against Kansas City. (March 9, 16A, “Mayor Lucas on KC city manager Platt’s suspension: ‘I’d never say it’s just one thing’”) The whole case was about telling the truth, transparency and integrity.
City Manager Brian Platt’s deposition was taken in October 2023. Platt testified that he had no memory of what he had told the communications team on Jan. 3, 2022. Other witnesses testified that Platt had asserted the city communications team should lie to the media. At trial in February, Platt gave sworn testimony that he regained his memory, and he had a totally different story to tell. His testimony was unbelievable. He was under oath both in his deposition and in trial. The jury rejected that Platt was truthful.
Hernandez has always stood for transparency, honesty and integrity, and that is what this case is about. Hernandez and we, his lawyers, hope that this case will bring city management’s dishonesty and lack of transparency to light and restore integrity to Kansas City’s government.

1st right
I have always been proud to assert that the United States does not take political prisoners and “disappear” them like some tin-pot dictatorships do.
I am no longer proud. When a green card holder is arrested for speaking his opinions and leading a peaceful protest, that is a massive violation of the First Amendment. Yet that’s what happened to Mahmoud Khalil. (March 12, 5A, “Judge blocks deportation of pro-Palestinian activist”)
Do I agree with everything he said? It doesn’t matter. The only thing that matters is that his arrest was wrong.
Please join me in speaking out against this assault on bedrock American values.

Wrong side
The poor people of Ukraine and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. President Donald Trump engages with Russia on its Ukrainian invasion and excludes the victims. Then, he lies that Ukraine caused the war and disparages its president, and he insists that the U.S. should be given 50% of Ukraine’s rare earth minerals. In their televised Oval Office meeting with Zelenskyy, our president and vice president behaved like Mafia bosses.
Trump is pursuing a foreign policy objective that says large countries can bully smaller countries. This conforms to Russian President Vladimir Putin’s policy.
Zelenskyy has been steadfast and brave throughout this war. Our president, on the other hand, is small and unprincipled.
