Weather to clear up Friday and stay that way through most of next week in Kansas City
After several rainy days, Kansas City residents should see a mostly clear Friday, according to FOX4 meteorologist Joe Lauria.
Rain will continue Thursday evening and into Friday morning, but the rest of the day should be dry with below-average temperatures between 70 and 81 degrees and lower humidity, Lauria said in a weather report for The Star.
Several flash flood warnings are in effect in the Kansas City metro area through Thursday night as rain continues.
High temperatures for the rest of the week could reach 83 on Saturday, 80 on Sunday, 79 on Monday and Tuesday, 80 on Wednesday and 87 on Thursday, according to the forecast. There is a 30% chance of rain on Sunday, but the weather should clear up for the rest of the week, Lauria said.
