Humidity to stick around KC, as chances for rain continue throughout the week

The humidity will stick around Kansas City for the next several days, said FOX4 meteorologist Joe Lauria.

Tuesday is expected to be the dry day of the week with highs in the mid-to-upper 80s.

“Come Wednesday, the rain chances will start to increase from the south to the north,” said Lauria, who provided a weather update to The Star. “We’ll see how far the rain can get.”

There will be periodic rain chances Thursday and Friday, with one to three inches of rain coming this week.

“Right now the weekend looks okay,” Lauria said.
