This multi-genre superstar will play 2 shows in Missouri in 2025, including new venue
If you missed Jelly Roll in Kansas City on Nov. 13, you will have another chance to see him in Missouri — on a bigger stage with some friends.
The country star is one of the opening acts for multi-genre superstar Post Malone’s 2025 tour, The Big ASS Stadium Tour. The show is heading to Thunder Ridge Nature Arena in Ridgedale, 3 1/2 hours south of Kansas City, on June 13, 2025. Joining the two on the tour is Nashville-based country artist Sierra Ferrell.
Post Malone, whose real name is Austin Post, has bounced around from hip-hop to pop throughout his career collaborating with hip-hop star Quavo for his first Billboard Top 10 hit “Congratulations,” and “Fortnight” with Taylor Swift, which hit No. 1 on the charts.
He now finds himself recording country songs. The Grammy-nominated Dallas native’s debut country album, “F-1 Trillion” landed at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart in 2024, with features from Chris Stapleton, Blake Shelton, Dolly Parton, Morgan Wallen and tour opener Jelly Roll.
Fans can now register for access to tickets on Ticketmaster, and they will have the opportunity to buy tickets Friday, Nov. 22 during the artist presale. Fans who have a Citi credit card can access an exclusive presale now, and tickets go on sale to the general public Tuesday, Nov 26.
Fans with T-Mobile as a cell service provider can get exclusive access to reserved tickets 30 days before the day of the show, May 14 in this case.
Located at 1901 State Highway 86 in Ridgedale, the outdoor amphitheater is a 15-minute drive from Branson and is billed as the “first of its kind in the world,” according to a press release. The 20,000-seat venue owned by Bass Pro Shops founder Johnny Morris overlooks Table Rock Lake and the Boston Mountains of Arkansas.
It’s the first concert announcement for the venue for 2025. It reopened in 2024 after fixing issues that arose during Garth Brooks’ three shows in 2022, including traffic woes, limited on-site parking, miles-long walks and troubles for attendees with disabilities, all of which caused many fans to miss a few songs or the entire show.
In 2024, the arena saw country stars Morgan Wallen and Luke Bryan, Regional Mexican band Fuerza Regida, pop rock band Imagine Dragons, Latin rap star Pitbull and hip-hop favorite T-Pain.
The tour also travels to Busch Stadium in St. Louis on May 13, 2025, which is four hours east of Kansas City.
