The countdown from zero is on in Kansas City, and it ends Aug. 31, 2025.

That is when legendary nu-metal band Linkin Park will make their way back to T-Mobile Center, performing for the first time in the venue since lead singer Chester Bennington died in 2017. Their new From Zero World Tour is named after the album being released Friday, Nov. 15, which marks the band’s first new project since 2017.

Taking over as lead singer is Emily Armstrong, who led her own rock band called Dead Sara. She’s impressed longtime fans with her vocals on the band’s single “Heavy is the Crown.” She joins co-founder Mike Shinoda, Dave Farrell, Brad Delson, Joe Hahn and new drummer Colin Brittain.

The band has made sporadic appearances over the years with Shinoda leading the way and performed with Armstrong in a livestreamed concert in September.

“Getting back out on the road has been incredible,” Shinoda said in a statement. “The fans’ support is overwhelming, and we’re ready to take this energy even further around the world. ‘FROM ZERO’ is a new chapter for us, and we’re so excited to share it with everyone on a bigger scale.”

Fans can expect to hear songs from the newest album and classics like “Numb,” “In The End,” “What I’ve Done,” “Papercut,” “One Step Closer” and more.

Jen Dawson is the opening act for their stop at T-Mobile Center. Opening acts at other locations include Dawson, Queens of the Stone Age, Spiritbox, AFI, Architects, Grandson, JPEGMAFIA and PVRIS.

Tickets go on sale to the public Thursday, Nov. 21, at noon, according to the T-Mobile Center. Presales are available to members of the band’s fan group, the Linkin Park Underground, starting at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 18.
