Australia can be a terrifyingly beautiful place, and one such abandoned home is proving it in a rather haunting way. Surrounded by run-of-the-mill homes in Sydney, at first glance, the property looks like an apocalyptic leftover from a world long forgotten.
The inside tells a surprisingly different story.
One question — is it all worth its $1.6 million price tag?

Void completely of its exterior’s greenery, the inside almost looks well kept for being abandoned, with somewhat clean floors, furniture and windows that are intact.
Sure, it gives eerie chills from room to room, but it appears to be mostly basic across its two bedrooms and a bathroom.
And it offers a “rare and special opportunity,” the listing notes.
