A massive, 435-acre working cattle ranch in Oregon has landed on the real estate market for $24.9 million. Its name is the Y Bell Ranch and boy, would it be easy to become lost in its vastness and striking beauty — both literally and figuratively.
Built in 2009, the property in Powell Butte comes with an 8,863-square-foot main home, a guest house, ranch manager house, main barn and so much more. The ranch even managed to catch the attention of a popular Facebook page.
Features of the custom, five-bedroom, six-bathroom main home, according to the listing on Zillow.com, include:

The main barn is also a spectacle all on its own, with its nine stalls and runs, foaling stall and even an indoor arena with its own bar. There’s also a shop with living quarters, the listing says. The property also has expansive views of the Cascade mountain range.
Fans of the Facebook page Zillow Gone Wild compared the ranch’s likeness to a property featured on Paramount Network’s drama series “Yellowstone” starring Kevin Costner and Wes Bentley. There were also a few jokes about the interior looking a tad akin to a Bass Pro Shop.
“It’s actually a beautiful property,” one person said. “It reminds me of ‘Yellowstone’. If Rip came with it, I’d find the money…” (Rip references a character on the popular TV show portrayed by Cole Hauser.)
“This place seems really familiar- oh that’s right!” another mentioned. “’Road House’ was on cable this weekend!”
“You could rent it out for ‘Night at the Museum’ themed parties,” another commented.
“This is absolutely amazing!!!” one person exclaimed. “But all I can think is ‘who is gonna clean all that!!!’”
“The (primary) bedroom is amazing, everything else, looks like the owner of bass pro shop brought his work home with him,” someone joked.
“This would make an amazing event center,” one person observed.
“If I’m gonna pay that price I at least want the cast of ‘Yellowstone’ included,” another noted. “And by ‘Yellowstone’ I mean Rip.”

Powell Butte is about 134 miles northeast of Eugene.
