Police identify man shot to death early Sunday
Kansas City police on Sunday afternoon identified the man shot to death earlier in the day as D’Adrian Bell, 26, of Kansas City.
Police responding to a shooting call found Bell’s body about 12:30 a.m. in a house in the 7200 block of Olive Street.
Police said they were interviewing witnesses Sunday, but no suspect information had been released.

Bell is the 35th homicide of the year in Kansas City, and the 56th homicide in the metropolitan area.
