KCK police say death of man on Quindaro Boulevard is a homicide
Kansas City, Kan., police said that a death Wednesday near North Fifth Street and Quindaro Boulevard is being investigated as a homicide.
Police had called the incident a suspicious death Wednesday after a man in his 20s was found fatally injured along the road.
Police think the man may have been struck by a vehicle that left the scene before officers arrived. There was no description of the vehicle.
Police Chief Terry Zeigler announced Thursday that the death has been ruled a homicide.
The death was the 43rd homicide in the Kansas City area this year and the 10th in Kansas City, Kan.
