Victim of fatal shooting found in street near Armour and Gillham in KC

Kansas City police officers investigating the sound of shots found a person dead in the street early Monday in the 400 block of East Armour Boulevard, near the intersection with Gillham Road.

Police did not have any information about the shooter. They ask anyone with information about the killing to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (816-474-8477).

The death is Kansas City’s 17th homicide of the year and the metropolitan area’s 27th.
