Man accused of shooting at people on sidewalk arrested after standoff in KCK
A man is in custody following a nearly 6-hour standoff at an apartment building in Kansas City, Kansas, police said.
Officers spent hours negotiating with a man who allegedly shot at people walking near an apartment complex Wednesday morning.
At the scene, officers spoke with a person who said a man had fired a gun at them as they were walking their dog down the sidewalk on Central Street.
