The case was filed against Gregg in May, according to court documents.
Gregg faces one count each of first-degree murder, distribution of a controlled substance causing death and multiple counts of distributing narcotics and other drugs, according to a Johnson County court document.
Gregg is accused of providing narcotics, including fentanyl, to 31-year-old Alexandrea Hunter, resulting in the woman’s death, according to court documents. Hunter’s unborn child also died.
Also charged in connection to Hunter’s death is 24-year-old Izabel Reed, who faces the same charges as Gregg.
