Man booked into Jackson County jail in Kansas City over the weekend found dead Monday
A man who was booked and in custody at the Jackson County jail over the weekend was found dead Monday morning, Jackson County Sheriff Darryl Forte’ announced on Twitter.
The man was found unresponsive Monday, Forte’ said. His name was not released.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the man’s death. No further details were immediately available.
