43-year-old woman shot after argument outside her home
Police identified the woman shot during a disturbance outside her home at 50th Street and Chestnut Avenue Wednesday.
It is unclear whether Bernice Brown, 43, was involved in the altercation outside her home before the fatal shooting around 3:30 p.m.
Police arrested a person of interest Wednesday afternoon but are still investigating the shooting.
