Victim found shot to death on ramp along I-70 was Kansas City man
Police on Tuesday identified the man found shot to death over the weekend on a ramp alongside Interstate 70 as Anthony T. Thomas, 46, of Kansas City.
Police found Thomas inside a gray sedan shortly after 6:30 a.m. Sunday on the ramp from U.S. 40 to I-70. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
