Police have identified a man killed Tuesday after a scuffle over gun at a Kansas City auto shop as 32-year-old Treon J. Librera of Kansas City.

Armed with a gun, Librera allegedly entered the business near 39th Street and Indiana around 11:30 a.m. Tuesday and argued with the shop owner, police said. He showed his weapon, and the two began wrestling for it.

Librera was shot during the scuffle and died at the scene, police said.
