Multi-vehicle crash closes several lanes of I-29/I-35 south of Bond Bridge
A multiple-vehicle crash with injuries closed several lanes of southbound Interstate 29/35 north of the Missouri River during Monday morning’s rush hour.
The crash happened shortly before 8 a.m. just south of the Bond Bridge. The extent of the injuries were not immediately available.
Traffic quickly backed up as drivers had to squeeze past the wreckage on the right shoulder.
Traffic was stop-and-go along I-29/35 through much of North Kansas City.
