The potential sale of Westport High School remains in negotiation limbo.
The sale of the Westport High building, which originally was turned down in a split vote by the Kansas City school board in March, is not expected to go to a new vote when the board meets Wednesday, board President Jon Hile said.
The board will receive a report on the negotiations in closed session, Hile said, but he expects more time is needed before the board will be ready to make a move.

“The district is continuing to evaluate its options,” he said.
