Human remains discovered in Missouri trailer park
Investigators in central Missouri are awaiting autopsy results to determine whether human remains discovered outside a mobile home over the weekend are those of a single person or if there are multiple bodies.
Four days after 65-year-old Joseph Arbeiter was arrested on attempted rape, sodomy and a number of other charges, maintenance workers on Sunday discovered possible human remains at the Pettis County trailer park where he lives.
The Sedalia Democrat (http://bit.ly/1iZiWok ) reports deputies found partial remains outside Arbeiter’s trailer, and a deputy searching a wooded area nearby found additional remains a few hours later.
Sheriff Kevin Bond said he could not speculate on whether Arbeiter had anything to do with the remains. He also declined to provide details on the type of remains found.
