Police have released a set of new photos of Oscar Sanchez-Munoz, the man suspected in a series of shootings on Kansas City roadways in June.

The new photos came as a search for the man reached the end of its second week.

Officer Alayna Gonzalez, a spokesperson for the Kansas City Police Department, said in an email Wednesday that a slate of new surveillance photos released by the department were captured on the morning of June 16 in the 3900 block of Broadway Boulevard.

The photos showed Sanchez-Munoz with his hair dyed a light color.

That timeline would mean they were taken just a few hours before Sanchez-Munoz allegedly fired a series of shots along a stretch of Kansas City roadways that included Interstate 670, Interstate 70 and Truman Road on Tuesday evening.

One man was killed and four others were injured in those incidents, which happened in quick succession, police said.

A few days earlier, on June 11, Sanchez-Munoz also allegedly shot at a vehicle in Kansas City, Kansas. No one was injured in that shooting, and Kansas City, Kansas, police identified the man and put out a metro-wide officer safety alert. A warrant was issued for his arrest.

The FBI has offered a reward of up to $25,000 for information about Sanchez-Munoz. Anyone with information about the man can contact the FBI at 816-512-8200 or call 911 or the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
