Sage Sotheby’s International Realty, who is listing the property, says it could be one of the most expensive KC-area homes to hit the market.

The home was built in 2002 and now sits beyond a private gate on approximately 78 acres of land. The listing says there is an opportunity to expand by an additional 110 acres.

Each area on the first floor of the home is large, including a state-of-the-art kitchen with a walk-in pantry and the living room with one of four fireplaces. An additional living area with another fireplace is just a few steps away, adding to the retreat-like atmosphere.

Stepping outside through the back door lets you get a look at resort-style grounds, where the in-ground pool resides, paired with an uninterrupted view of the nature that sits on and behind the property, like the two ponds. A four-car garage is attached, providing the homeowner with ample storage.

The screened porch protects you from the weather elements and also allows you to take a look at the greenery in the backyard.

On the bottom floor of the home lies a private movie theater with plenty of space to host your own movie nights with friends and family. A wet bar and wine cellar can also be found nearby, as can a room that can host exercise equipment to set up a personal gym.
