Man admits to shooting at snowplow during road rage incident: Parkville police

A man was taken into custody Monday after he admitted, according to police, that he fired shots at a Parkville snowplow during a road rage incident.

The incident happened around 9 a.m. Monday in the Thousand Oaks subdivision and involved a Parkville Special Road District snowplow and a black SUV. No one was injured, according to a Parkville news release .

After shots were fired, the SUV left the area, and authorities were able to locate the driver in Kansas City.

A Parkville detective interviewed the driver, who according to police admitted to firing a weapon at the snowplow.

Parkville police continue to investigate the incident and “charges are being pursued,” the release said.
