Man found shot in vehicle on I-435 exit near Kansas City Saturday
One person was injured after a highway shooting east of Kansas City Saturday morning.
Kansas City police were called around 10:30 a.m. to the northbound exit ramp of Interstate 435 and Winner Road. There, they found an adult man shot inside of a vehicle, according to Capt. Jake Becchina, spokesperson for the Kansas City Police Department.
The man was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries and was stabilized.
Police did not release the identity of the victim, or say if there are any suspects.
