Eight children and one adult were injured in a school bus crash Friday afternoon on Interstate 29 near St. Joseph, Missouri, according to a preliminary investigation by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.

At 3:35 p.m., the Missouri State Highway Patrol responded to northbound Interstate 29 near the 35-mile marker about half a mile south of Faucett, Missouri, according to the report.
