A 30-year-old Kansas City mother and her two children were found safe after being reported missing on Kansas City’s East Side, a police spokesman said Thursday morning.

Bianca Blunt and her children, 9-year-old Mia and 5-year-old Brooke, were found safe Thursday morning after they were last seen about 3:15 p.m. Wednesday walking away from their home in the Eastwood Hills East neighborhood, Capt. Jake Becchina with the Kansas City Police Department said.

Before they went missing, they were headed to an unknown location via a RideKC bus. Then family members did not see or hear from them.
