A Missouri man can now achieve his lifelong dream — buying a home.

While driving around Lee’s Summit, the man bought a lottery ticket drop at Prime Time, a gas station at 901 N.E. Colbern Road, for the Wednesday, Sept. 11, drawing. The decision to buy a Quick Pick ticket for the Lotto game turned out to be a big one.

The ticket he purchased showed the six winning numbers of 3, 5, 16, 22, 37 and 44, winning him $3.4 million, according to the Missouri Lottery.

“I was just in shock and almost hit the floor,” he told the Missouri Lottery. “It didn’t even feel real until I came in and they took the ticket and told me that I won.”

His next plans are to look for a real estate agent and buy a house. He’s wanted to buy a house for years, and the disposable income gives him the chance to do that.

Lotto is an in-state Draw Game, with drawings held every Wednesday and Saturday at 8:59 p.m. The starting jackpot is $1 million and grows until someone wins.
