59-year-old man reported missing Tuesday in Kansas City is found safe, police say
Update: Police said Thursday night that Paul Bryant was found safe.
A 59-year-old man last seen near St. Luke’s North Hospital — Smithville is missing after heading to an area near a shopping center in Kansas City’s Northland, a police spokesman said.
Police asked for help finding Paul Bryant who was last seen near U.S. 169 and Hospital Drive in Smithville. He is considered missing and endangered and is in need of immediate medical care, said Capt. Corey Carlisle, a spokesman for the Kansas City Police Department.
Bryant was believed to have been headed to a destination in the area of North Ambassador Drive and North Boardwalk Avenue, which is near the Shops at Boardwalk and Boardwalk Square shopping center, Carlisle said.
Bryant was described as being 5-feet-7-inches tall, weighing 170 pounds. He walks with a significant limp. A description of his clothing was not available.
Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call 911.
