Kansas City man seriously injured after single-vehicle crash Monday night in Clay County

A Kansas City man was seriously injured following a single-vehicle crash Monday in Clay County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol responded around 10:35 p.m. to the crash on southbound Interstate 29 in Clay County, according to a crash report.
Johnathan D. Dalton, 23, was traveling southbound in a 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe, when he drove off the left side of the road. The vehicle then struck a guardrail and overturned.
Dalton was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.
