Woman with autism, PTSD is missing. Kansas City police ask for help finding her

A 26-year-old woman with autism and post-traumatic stress disorder is missing after being last seen Thursday evening, and police are asking for help finding her, a police spokesman said.

Jada Kimbrough, who is attracted to water, was reported missing after she was last seen about 5 p.m. walking near 12th Street and Michigan Avenue east of downtown Kansas City, said Sgt. Jake Becchina with the Kansas City Police Department.

Kimbrough was described as being 5-feet-8-inches tall, weighing about 280 pounds. She was wearing a shirt, leggings and Crocs, which were all black.

Anyone who knows her whereabouts is asked to contact the Kansas City Police Department’s homicide/missing persons unit at 816-234-5043.
