A Kansas City woman was killed in a Liberty crash that injured two others Friday evening, police say.

Kristine Huff, 53, was struck by another vehicle around 8:30 p.m. at the intersection of Missouri Highway 291 and Cedar Avenue, according to a statement from the Liberty Police Department.

Huff was the passenger of a vehicle traveling southbound along Highway 291 when the driver attempted to turn left onto Cedar Avenue. A northbound Ford Focus speeding down Highway 291 struck the passenger side of the vehicle as it was turning, police say.
