Update: Police said Monday that Namir Hopkins was found, but an investigation continues into the circumstances surrounding his disappearance.

Kansas City police asked for help finding a missing 1-month-old baby boy Monday afternoon.

Namir Hopkins was last seen with Lexus Unique Ruffin, 24, who was driving a silver SUV with a Missouri license plates.

The baby boy was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue pants with stars on them. He is 20 inches and weighs 7.8 pounds.

Ruffin is 5 feet tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has black braids and a neck tattoo.

Anyone with information should immediately call the juvenile section at 816-234-5150 or the non-emergency line at 816-234-5111.
