Update: Liberty police connect with family of non-verbal man in need Sunday morning

Update: At about 9:50 a.m. Sunday, Liberty police said the man’s family was on their way to pick him up.

Police in Liberty, Missouri, are asking for help identifying a man who appears to be lost.

On Sunday morning, officers with the Liberty Police Department responded to the area of Holt Drive and South Withers Road where a man who is non-verbal had been discovered needing help.

Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the man.

Anyone who knows him is asked to call the department’s non-emergency dispatch number at 816-439-4701.
