Kansas City police seek help finding 15-year-old girl missing since last week

Kansas City police have asked for the public’s help finding a 15-year-old girl who has been reported missing since last week.

Caitlyn Horn was last seen at 7 p.m. Feb. 1 in the area of East 12th Street and Charlotte Street, police said. She was wearing a camouflage coat, black sweatshirt, camouflage pants, white shoes and a blue backpack.

Police say Horn is 5-foot, 7-inches tall and weighs 150 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes. Horn has medical issues that require attention.

Police are asking anyone who locates Horn to call 911 or the department’s Missing Persons Unit at 816-234-5136.
