KCI brings in porta potties to relieve travelers after water main break
It was a nightmarish situation: a packed airport and no access to bathrooms in the terminal.
A water main break at Kansas City International Airport on Tuesday afternoon prompted officials to bring in portable toilets to relieve passengers who couldn’t use bathrooms in Terminal B.

Some made light of the incident on Twitter, suggesting it was reason for the construction of a new terminal and that their purpose in flying was to find an airport with a functioning bathroom.
Actually, @JaymeKMBZ - this is a MUCH cheaper way to get more bathrooms at #KCI!

The water was restored at the terminal about 7:30 a.m., probably to the relief of many.
