Kansas City area health code violations: Tanner’s, 801 Chophouse, Pho Good, more

Here are area restaurants with seven or more priority or critical health code violations, with highlighted links to some original public record reports by city or county health inspectors.

Restaurants correct most violations at the time of the original inspection or shortly thereafter. Links to the follow-up inspections show how each establishment has corrected or is working to correct any remaining violations.

The Kansas Department of Agriculture cited these operations for seven or more priority health code violations (direct links are not available).

Pho Good, 10952 W. 74th Terrace, Shawnee, had 13 priority violations during a March 23 routine inspection.

Tanner’s Bar & Grill, 10146 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had 12 priority violations during a March 23 routine inspection.

Conroy’s Public House, 12924 State Line Road, Leawood, had 12 priority violations during a March 25 routine inspection.

Kansas City’s Incredible Pizza Co., 13110 W. 62nd Terrace, Shawnee, had nine priority violations during a March 22 routine inspection.

Las Gorditas, 844 Central Ave., Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a March 23 routine inspection.

Tacos on Wheels, 299 S. 10th St., Kansas City, Kansas, had nine priority violations during a March 28 inspection following a complaint.

Bogey’s Windy City Pub, 13170 State Line Road, Leawood, had eight priority violations during a March 24 routine inspection.

Paleteria Nevelandia, 908 N. 18th St., Kansas City, Kansas, had seven priority violations during a March 22 follow-up inspection.

TT Asian Grocery, 10138 W. 119th St., Overland Park, had seven priority violations during a March 24 routine inspection.
